Reloj no funciona

"Compré un reloj para mi chico. Mi sorpresa al dárselo fue que no traía el plástico de seguridad en la rueda para ponerlo en hora, obviamente no funcionaba. Llamé a la tienda y me pasaron el contacto del servicio técnico. Lo he llevado hace unos días para saber si es la pila o defecto de fábrica. En resumen me gasté un dinero en un regalo el cual salió defectuoso y aún no se cuándo me lo van a reparar... "
