Delivery times depend on the product. Many products are dispatched within 24 hours. The estimated delivery date is shown on each product page. Timeframes start counting from when the order is dispatched.
Yes. Balearic Islands: €4.90 (3-5 working days). Canary Islands: €4.90 (5-8 working days, IGIC tax-free).
Yes, we ship across all of Europe for €19 (3-5 working days). We also ship internationally via UPS and FedEx.

Returns
You have 30 days from receiving the product to request a return.
You can request the return from your user account under "My returns" or by sending an email to hola@planetarelojes.com.
Mainland Spain: completely free. We arrange the collection. Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and other destinations: the return shipping is at the customer's expense.
The product must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging, tags, protective films and all accessories.

We are official distributors of every brand we sell. This means all products include a 3-YEAR OFFICIAL WARRANTY from the manufacturer in Spain, with the brand's full backing. Some brands offer an extended warranty: Victorinox includes 5 years of official warranty.

No, the battery is a consumable and is not covered by the warranty. A battery change costs around €5-10 at any watchmaker.

We accept card (Visa, Mastercard), Bizum, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal (3% surcharge), interest-free payment in 3 instalments with SeQura and cash on delivery (max. €1,000).

The charge is made at the moment you confirm the order. If you pay with SeQura, the first charge is made at the time of purchase and the next two at 30 and 60 days.
