"La pulsera no tiene la medida que he especificado (19 cm.), a pesar de haberlo puesto en el correo de pedido y de habérselo recordado por segunda vez cuando me llamaron por teléfono para comunicarme que la entrega no se haría en la fecha convenida debido a problemas de la empresa de mensajería.
